Consulting services

Services are delivered under written proposals describing scope, milestones, fees, and acceptance tests. Unless a proposal states otherwise, intellectual property in bespoke code transfers upon full payment of the related milestone.

You warrant that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to grant access to systems we integrate.

Warranties and liability

We perform work with professional care appropriate to software integration projects. Except where prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei City have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
