What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional phone number, and project summary. The form includes a hidden honeypot field used only for automated abuse filtering.

We store your cookie consent choice locally in your browser (see the cookie notice). No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your message, prepare proposals, and document communications required for contracted work. Processing is based on your request to contact us and, where applicable, steps prior to entering a service agreement.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax, dispute, or contractual obligations. You may ask us to delete earlier when no active engagement exists.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Processors (such as email or hosting providers) may handle data under contract and only on our instructions. No cross-border transfer occurs unless you explicitly request cloud tooling located outside Taiwan and we document that choice.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact info@originlink.digital; we will verify your identity before acting.

Security

Inquiries are transmitted to a same-domain handler at /api/inquiry over HTTPS. Technical details of transport errors are logged server-side, not shown on public pages.

Changes

We may update this notice when our practices change. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
