Integration myths we hear on scoping calls

Buying another connector pack rarely fixes a boundary that was never mapped—yet teams still assume the next middleware layer will absorb every legacy quirk.

What actually breaks ERP-to-warehouse handoffs

Myth: “Real-time sync” means identical schemas

Inventory events often carry partial payloads. We document field-level contracts, idempotency keys, and retry windows before writing the first adapter—so your WMS does not double-post adjustments when a carrier webhook arrives twice.

Technical reviews start with message traces, not slide decks. That is how we spot duplicate SKU mappings and timezone-truncated timestamps in production logs.

Myth: Greenfield microservices replace the ERP overnight

Most Taiwan manufacturers still run mixed stacks: on-prem SQL, SaaS logistics, and custom Ruby or .NET services. We phase cutovers with parallel runs and reconciliation reports your finance team can audit.

Neutral evidence: Engagements are scoped as fixed projects or bounded review sprints. We do not resell licenses or claim vendor partnerships we have not confirmed.

Where our implementation support shows up

We write and harden the glue: REST and message-bus adapters, batch importers with checksum validation, and observability hooks your NOC can page on.

When an acquired subsidiary still runs its own chart of accounts, we map master data once, then automate delta exports instead of manual CSV swaps each Friday.

Boundary inventory

We list systems, owners, authentication modes, and peak volumes. No integration code until sign-off on the interface catalog.

Contracted payloads

OpenAPI or AsyncAPI drafts, error taxonomies, and staging credentials—reviewed with your security contact in Taipei or remote.

Build and parallel run

Feature branches, automated contract tests, and a two-week parallel window with daily variance reports.

Conference meeting room with table and chairs for team discussion

Runbook delivery

Deployment steps, rollback triggers, and on-call playbooks—so your team owns the integration after our support window ends.

Questions from engineering leads

Do you embed full-time in our office?

Usually remote with scheduled on-site workshops in Greater Taipei. Implementation support can include paired sessions at your Da’an or Neihu sites when access is arranged.

Which stacks do you touch?

Common work includes .NET and Java services, Node workers, PostgreSQL and SQL Server, and ERP APIs (SAP B1, Oracle NetSuite, domestic accounting packages). We decline stacks we cannot test safely in your environment.

How are fees structured?

Project-based engineering and review sprints are quoted after scoping. We do not publish rate cards on this site; proposals spell out milestones and acceptance criteria.

Can you audit a vendor’s half-finished integration?

Yes—technical reviews cover logging gaps, secret handling, and idempotency. You receive a prioritized remediation list, not a generic maturity score.

Who this is for—and who should pass

For: Operations and IT leaders modernizing interfaces between ERP, WMS, CRM, and custom apps—with budget for engineered deliverables and documented handoffs.

Not for: Teams seeking unlimited staff augmentation without scope, or organizations that need guaranteed go-live dates before discovery.
